What is the production time?
The production time generally varies between 15 and 20 working days, depending on the period and the model ordered.
When will I receive my order?
Once your item is finished, we will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. You will receive an email with further information after your order has shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
As the creations are made to order and/or personalized, they are neither returnable nor exchangeable, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our pieces are handmade in France in my workshop.
